  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience in-store and online.
  2. Train and coach sales associates on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Oversee and manage all customer service inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers and train staff.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability for customers.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards are met.
  10. Lead by example and uphold the company's values of inclusivity, authenticity, and innovation in all customer interactions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  12. Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and other metrics to upper management.
  13. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and evaluate sales associates to maintain a high level of customer service.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.
  15. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
