  4. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  5. Train and onboard new team members on customer service standards and expectations.
  6. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
  9. Keep up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  10. Work with the team to achieve sales goals and targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
  11. Continuously seek feedback from customers and use it to improve the overall customer experience.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  13. Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures, including the customer service policy.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as visual merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to continuously improve the customer experience at Victoria's Secret.
