Stockroom Supervisor

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at VF Corporation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring all safety and security guidelines are followed • Manage the stockroom team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all stockroom activities • Monitor stockroom activities to identify any issues and address them quickly • Develop and track key performance indicators for the stockroom team • Maintain open lines of communication with other departments • Monitor stockroom team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
