- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address any operational or logistical challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities within operational processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and operational strategies.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to ensure a high level of performance and productivity within the team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Operations Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Or Apparel Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data Effectively.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools, With Experience In Creating And Maintaining Complex Reports And Dashboards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
