- Develop and implement the overall employee relations strategy for VF Corporation, in alignment with the company's values and goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to both employees and management.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to address them in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Advise and educate managers on best practices for handling employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR partners and other key stakeholders to ensure that policies and procedures related to employee relations are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and deliver trainings and workshops to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in employee relations, and incorporate them into the company's practices and policies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Multinational Corporation
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Employee Relations Issues And Investigations
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc, Ada, And Fmla
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
