  1. Provide strategic legal counsel to VF Corporation's product and marketing teams.
  2. Understand and keep up-to-date with global business operations and regulations related to product and marketing.
  3. Advise on legal issues related to product development, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  4. Conduct legal analysis and research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Review and negotiate contracts and agreements related to product and marketing initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product and marketing strategies.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with product and marketing activities.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to product and marketing legal matters.
  9. Train and educate internal teams on legal considerations related to product and marketing.
  10. Represent VF Corporation in legal proceedings related to product and marketing, if necessary.

  13. Provide guidance and support to junior legal team members.
  14. Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical conduct in all legal matters.
