- Develop and implement customer journey and lifecycle strategies that align with VF Corporation's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of customer journey and lifecycle specialists to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create a cohesive and personalized customer experience.
- Monitor and track customer engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate customer journey and lifecycle strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to inform engagement strategies.
- Create and manage budgets for customer journey and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, promoting the importance of building strong customer relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping And Lifecycle Management Principles.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies To Drive Customer Engagement And Retention.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
