VF Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and innovative Manager, Global Indirect Procurement – Marketing, Media to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who is driven to deliver the best results for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, with a focus on Marketing, Media, as well as a strong understanding of the complexities involved in global indirect procurement.We are looking for a professional with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, who is able to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities. The Manager, Global Indirect Procurement – Marketing, Media will be responsible for leading all indirect procurement activities related to marketing, media, and other indirect services for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global indirect procurement for marketing, media, and other indirect services.
- Oversee and ensure successful completion of all related projects.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers.
- Track and report on expenditure related to marketing, media, and other indirect services.
- Analyze market trends and dynamics to identify potential opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the company.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
