Inventory Associate

We are looking for an Inventory Associate to join the team at VF Corporation. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to inventory tracking and management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy. An understanding of inventory tracking systems is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levels through inventory control systems.
2. Receive and process incoming inventory, including verifying that stock is in good condition.
3. Manage outgoing inventory, including ensuring that orders are filled accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
4. Monitor inventory for expiration dates and take corrective action when necessary.
5. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels.
7. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock levels.
8. Ensure all safety and security measures related to inventory management are followed.
9. Assist with the training and development of new personnel in inventory management procedures.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues.
