1. Oversee daily operations of the retail floor, including monitoring inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Drive sales by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
4. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
5. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
6. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to brand standards.
7. Conduct regular floor walks to assess customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary changes to enhance the shopping experience.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
9. Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.
11. Prepare and present sales and performance reports to upper management.
12. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the store manager or upper management.
