Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor who is motivated, enthusiastic and has the ability to motivate others to join our team at VF Corporation. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people. This role will require someone who is organized and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/retail supervisory role and possess a valid driver’s license. In addition, the successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task with ease and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly is a must. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge in accordance with VF Corporation standards.
2. Monitor store operations and ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed.
3. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of floor staff.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to floor staff to help them reach their professional goals.
5. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
6. Ensure that all store policies and regulations are adhered to.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Monitor daily sales and performance of floor staff.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that store operations are running smoothly.
10. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
