
Director, Pricing and Profitability
At VF Corporation, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Director, Pricing and Profitability to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Pricing and Profitability will have a key role in driving profitability by developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue and margins. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic, analytical and organizational skills to effectively lead the pricing team and work with cross-functional partners.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about analytics and understands the complexities of pricing. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously. The position requires an organized individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working in pricing strategy and analysis, ideally in consumer products or retail. A bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field is required. Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue and margins -Lead pricing team and work with cross-functional partners -Analyze pricing data and create reports -Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing -Identify opportunities to optimize pricing and increase profitability -Manage pricing processes and systems -Develop pricing models to forecast future sales and profits -Present pricing results to executive team -Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional pricing strategies -Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations -Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
