Extensive Experience In Merchandising: A Successful Candidate For The Director, Merchandising Position At Vf Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Preferably In The Apparel Or Fashion Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team And Overseeing The Merchandising Process From Concept To Product Launch.
