5. Support the development of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
10. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
11. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools.
12. Provide training and support to team members on financial concepts and tools.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with financial regulations.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline financial processes.
15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Finance department and across the organization.
