  1. Install and maintain telecommunication systems, including but not limited to, landline, wireless, internet, and television services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to provide the best services to customers.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols, while performing job duties.
  7. Document and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate department for further action.
  8. Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and time spent on each task.

  10. Assist in the installation and maintenance of new equipment and technologies as needed.
  11. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

  13. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and superiors to provide updates and progress on tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Telecom Equipment, Such As Cell Towers, Routers, And Switches.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Fcc Guidelines And Network Security Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Technicians And Team Members.
