Job Description

Verizon is looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team of professionals. This position is responsible for providing technical support to a variety of customers through a variety of channels. The successful candidate must have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers through various channels.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and identify solutions.
  4. Maintain excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  5. Work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Have knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and mobile operating systems.
  7. Have knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  8. Provide updates to customers on the progress of their technical issues.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved.
  10. Proactively monitor customer accounts and alert management of any potential issues.
