
Technical Support Representative
Verizon is looking for a Technical Support Representative who has a passion for problem solving and helping others. This individual should be a patient and organized communicator with strong customer service skills and the technical know-how to troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
