Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
  2. Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  3. Prioritize customer requests and take ownership of customer inquiries.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by Verizon.
  5. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
  6. Keep up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
  8. Remain available to address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Document customer interactions and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  10. Escalate difficult inquiries to the appropriate team as needed.
