Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a customer service environment. • Identify and recommend possible solutions to customers when troubleshooting technical issues. • Utilize knowledge of a variety of computer operating systems and software packages to provide technical assistance. • Document customer inquiries and solutions in a database. • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries. • Track and prioritize customer issues. • Keep abreast of new technologies to provide technical support. • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided.
