Job Description

Verizon is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide outstanding customer service. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can provide technical support to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service, or in a similar technical support role. You should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network protocols, be able to troubleshoot technical problems, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the latest technologies and products
  • Document technical support processes and procedures
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Monitor technical support systems and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Prioritize customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
