
Technical Support Representative
Verizon is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide outstanding customer service. - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor technical support systems and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Prioritize customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
