Job Description

Ensure projects follow our Agile mindset and framework, leverage Jira for Agile project management, coordinate capacity planning, perform grooming sessions, release planning, daily touch point calls, and periodic retrospectives. Manage project front door in collaboration with GTS including prioritization and recommendations between multiple intakes including B360 Evolution and all funded projects impacting B360 as well as projects based on voice of the employee feedback. Manage the front door to offshore CMO design team, including scheduling and leading Design grooming and managing priorities and impacts across the roadmap. Coordinate and provide critical inputs to annual capital project planning including business cases, roadmaps and clarity updates. Drive overall integrated project plans. Develop detailed roadmaps, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Job Qualifications

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in leading cross functional project teams for large-scale complex projects.

  • Experience in Point of Sales Systems and Tools.

  • Experience in contract life cycle management (CLM).

  • Expert knowledge of Business Sales Products, Plans, Features, and Promotions
