- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to develop their skills and support their growth within the company.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and pricing to ensure compliance and accuracy in all client interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Large Client Accounts.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Products, Services, And Competitive Landscape.
