
Sr Acct Manager-SLED Sales

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the SLED market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, educators, and other decision makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SLED market, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop tailored solutions for SLED customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of Verizon's solutions to customers.
- Represent Verizon at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, With A Focus On The Sled (State, Local, And Education) Market.
Strong Understanding Of The Sled Market, Including Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Regulations.
