
Solutions Architect
Engage with sales to understand the customers’ needs and build trusted advisor relationships with both the sales team and the customers. Understand nuances between customer use cases and design solutions to meet each customer’s need. Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed solutions include technical requirements that accurately address customer needs. Develop proposals and present to customers. Collaborate on development of pricing. Confirm needs are met of customer to ensure relationship moves forward. Work with the client to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales cycle. Work with internal teams and the customer to drive sales opportunity to a close. Develop and deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof of technologies (POC’s).
6+ years of relevant work experience.
4+ years of experience being part of the sales process for large enterprise customers.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced with IoT, navigation systems, location/mapping technologies, and big data experience would be an advantage.
