  1. Develop and implement social media analytics strategies to inform business decisions.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of insights and reports.
  3. Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to analyze and interpret social media data.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to identify key business objectives and develop social media strategies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media analytics.
  6. Provide guidance and training to team members on social media analytics techniques and tools.
  7. Analyze and report on social media data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Social Media Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms And Their Analytics Tools, Such As Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, And Linkedin Analytics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Business Results.
