We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of QA Test Automation to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products and services through the implementation and management of automated testing processes.   1. Develop and implement automated testing strategies and processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of Verizon's products and services.
  2. Manage a team of QA testers and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to understand testing needs and requirements.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in automated testing and continuously improve and evolve Verizon's testing processes.
  5. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall quality of Verizon's products and services.
  6. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications and systems.
  7. Monitor and analyze test results to identify and report on any issues or defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of automated testing processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery and quality of outsourced testing services.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on automated testing best practices and techniques.
  11. Communicate and report on testing progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Qa Testing Methodologies And Tools: A Senior Manager - Qa Test Automation At Verizon Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Qa Testing Methodologies, Such As Agile And Waterfall, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Popular Automation Tools Like Selenium And Appium.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Abilities To Manage A Team Of Qa Testers And Automation Engineers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating Teams To Achieve Project Goals.

  • Extensive Experience In Test Automation: As A Senior Manager - Qa Test Automation, The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Test Automation, With A Focus On Developing And Implementing Automation Frameworks And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Essential For This Role As The Senior Manager Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Project Managers, And Business Stakeholders To Ensure The Quality Of The Product.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Manager - Qa Test Automation Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues Efficiently. They Should Also Have A Proactive Approach To Problem-Solving And Be Able To Provide Innovative Solutions To Improve The Testing Process.
