  1. Lead a team of user experience researchers and architects to develop and improve our customer experience across all digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and gather insights to inform the design and development of user-centered solutions.
  3. Shape the vision and strategy for user experience research and architecture at Verizon.
  4. Develop and implement best practices and processes for conducting user experience research and designing experience architectures.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in user experience research and architecture to continuously improve our processes and methodologies.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development.
  7. Communicate and present user experience research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  8. Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  9. Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  10. Analyze data and feedback from user research to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external user research partners and vendors.
  12. Drive innovation and creativity in the design and development of our customer experience.
  13. Act as a leader and advocate for user experience research and architecture within the organization.
  14. Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of user experience initiatives.
  15. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and encourages open communication and idea-sharing.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Research, Including Qualitative And Quantitative Methods, To Inform The Design Of Digital Products And Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of Human-Centered Design: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Human-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Intuitive And Seamless User Experiences.

  • Expertise In Designing Experience Architectures: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing Experience Architectures That Meet Both User Needs And Business Goals. This Includes Creating User Flows, Wireframes, And Prototypes.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Researchers And Architects. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Team Culture.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
