- Lead a team of user experience researchers and architects to develop and improve our customer experience across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and gather insights to inform the design and development of user-centered solutions.
- Shape the vision and strategy for user experience research and architecture at Verizon.
- Develop and implement best practices and processes for conducting user experience research and designing experience architectures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in user experience research and architecture to continuously improve our processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development.
- Communicate and present user experience research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze data and feedback from user research to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external user research partners and vendors.
- Drive innovation and creativity in the design and development of our customer experience.
- Act as a leader and advocate for user experience research and architecture within the organization.
- Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of user experience initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
Extensive Experience In User Experience Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Research, Including Qualitative And Quantitative Methods, To Inform The Design Of Digital Products And Services.
Strong Understanding Of Human-Centered Design: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Human-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Intuitive And Seamless User Experiences.
Expertise In Designing Experience Architectures: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing Experience Architectures That Meet Both User Needs And Business Goals. This Includes Creating User Flows, Wireframes, And Prototypes.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Researchers And Architects. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Team Culture.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
