- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to risk management and incorporate them into the organization's risk management program.
- Communicate and report on key risk management metrics and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate risk management training and awareness programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Risk Management: A Senior Manager In Enterprise Risk Management At Verizon Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Erm Strategies In A Large Organization. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies, Identification And Mitigation Strategies, And Risk Reporting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager In Erm, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies And Implementing Them Successfully.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Manager In Erm At Verizon Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Risk Information To Key Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
