  2. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, representing Verizon and promoting a positive brand image.

  4. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals, consistently delivering exceptional service.
  9. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer experiences.
  13. Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  14. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Communications.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining A Large Portfolio Of Corporate Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Products And Services Offered By Verizon.
