Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Communications.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Company.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining A Large Portfolio Of Corporate Clients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Products And Services Offered By Verizon.
