
Senior Experience Specialist
Verizon is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class customer experiences, utilizing your multi-faceted skillset to ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, a customer-first attitude and the ability to think strategically to resolve customer issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with customers in a variety of different situations. You must also have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations. Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service and support to customers in a variety of situations.
