Job Description

Verizon is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class customer experiences, utilizing your multi-faceted skillset to ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, a customer-first attitude and the ability to think strategically to resolve customer issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with customers in a variety of different situations. You must also have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide world-class customer service and support to customers in a variety of situations.
  2. Create and execute strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of their issues.
  3. Utilize a customer-first attitude and approach in all interactions.
  4. Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with customers.
  5. Display the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer experience.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to help improve customer service.
  8. Identify areas of opportunity for customer service improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
