Senior Employee Engagement Specialist

Verizon is looking for an experienced Senior Employee Engagement Specialist to join our innovative and forward-thinking HR team. 7. Design surveys and other feedback tools to measure employee engagement
8. Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues
9. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops focused on employee engagement
10. Prepare regular reports on employee engagement and performance
11. Create and manage initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention
