If you are a customer-centric individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in digital customer experience and digital product design• Expertise in UX/UI design and development• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Adobe Suite• Comprehensive knowledge of web accessibility standards• Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable design plans• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Understanding of emerging digital trends and industry best practicesIf you are an experienced Senior Digital Experience Specialist looking to join an innovative and customer-focused team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Develop user-centric designs and digital experiences that meet customer needs • Work with stakeholders to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into design plans • Design and code user interfaces, web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets • Execute A/B testing to optimize user experience and customer engagement • Stay up-to-date with industry and technical trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement digital strategies • Ensure all digital designs are compliant with web accessibility standards • Monitor performance of digital products and make improvements as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital products and services
