  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the government sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients at all levels.
  3. Understand the unique needs and challenges of government clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to government clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in government policies that may impact sales.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to government clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with government clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  11. Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
