  1. Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  2. Lead a team of talented individuals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of channel strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients to drive business growth.
  5. Identify and pursue new channel opportunities to expand market reach.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform channel strategies.
  7. Develop and manage channel budgets and resources to maximize ROI.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for channel partners and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  11. Continuously assess and improve channel processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our channel management capabilities.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and stay updated on industry developments and trends.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on channel performance.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the channel management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Channel Management: A Senior Client Partner Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Channel Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Partnerships And Achieving Revenue Targets.

  • Strong Relationship Building Skills: As A Senior Client Partner, The Individual Must Have Exceptional Relationship Building Skills To Establish And Maintain Strong Partnerships With Key Channel Partners. This Includes Effective Communication, Negotiation, And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Strategic Thinking Abilities To Identify New Business Opportunities, Develop And Execute Channel Strategies, And Adapt To Changing Market Dynamics.

  • Channel And Industry Expertise: A Senior Client Partner Should Have In-Depth Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of Channel Sales And Distribution Models. This Includes Expertise In Managing Indirect Sales Channels Such As Resellers, Distributors, And Agents.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Role Of A Senior Client Partner Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Channel Account Managers And Other Support Staff. The Candidate Must Have A Proven Ability To Lead And Develop High-Performing Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
