The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful recruitment of top talent from universities across the country, and will be instrumental in strategically developing and executing campus recruiting initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of campus recruiting experience with a large, corporate organization, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and developing relationships with university career centers. They will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.We are looking for a creative problem-solver, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
