  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to marketing initiatives and use this information to inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand business needs and develop technology solutions to support them.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the company.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  5. Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and system specifications, to support the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on marketing technology, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business success.
  7. Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate project updates, gather feedback, and align on project goals.
  8. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing technology systems through regular audits and data validation processes.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and integrate new marketing technology solutions.
  10. Mentor and guide junior business analysts to support their growth and development within the team.
