Job Description

Verizon is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Business Sales team. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to help our customers find the right solutions to meet their technology needs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales and account management, outstanding communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think strategically and come up with creative solutions. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales objectives -Negotiate and close sales agreements -Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to increase revenue -Provide outstanding customer service and product support -Track and monitor sales performance and progress against goals -Collaborate with other departments within Verizon to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies -Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities -Create and deliver presentations to customers -Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services -Develop and maintain customer databases to track sales data and customer activity
