  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Verizon.
  2. Understand clients' needs and business objectives in order to provide strategic solutions that align with Verizon's offerings.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and expertise on Verizon's technology solutions and services.
  5. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client base.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to provide regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to measure satisfaction, address potential issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges that could impact client satisfaction or business growth.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  12. Act as a mentor and leader to other account managers, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices for success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Account Plans To Achieve Sales Targets.
