  1. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with Verizon's services.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize account potential.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services that meet the needs of clients.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address any challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on account status and progress to senior management.
  9. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior account management team members.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon, promoting our values and offerings to clients and stakeholders.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Products And Services, Including Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch To Clients At All Levels.
