  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell to existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure their success and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Market And Latest Industry Trends.
