  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and handle all communication and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  4. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work towards finding solutions.

  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation to clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior account management team members.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  14. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Verizon's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Industry Developments.
