- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing the assigned account portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvement or upselling opportunities.
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive individual and team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales, and revenue forecasts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.
