  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing the assigned account portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvement or upselling opportunities.
  7. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive individual and team performance.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales, and revenue forecasts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry And Current Market Trends.
