Job Description

As an experienced Senior Account Manager at Verizon, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of our clients. You will be the main point of contact and will need to develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a telecom or technology setting. You must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Monitor performance of accounts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Leverage technology to improve customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
  9. Research market trends and competitor data to gain insights and inform strategies.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to present to upper management.
