Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to Verizon customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize deep knowledge of Verizon products and services to help customers understand their accounts and get the most out of their experience.
  3. Think quickly and troubleshoot customer issues that may arise.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Verizon team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay up to date on new technologies and products related to Verizon services.
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Verizon products and services.
  8. Develop and nurture relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
