
Scale Customer Success Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years working in a customer service or customer success role. You should also have experience with a variety of customer service software and a strong understanding of product and service offerings. We are looking for someone who is motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in order to help them get the most out of their Verizon products.
- Develop customer relationships by being a reliable resource for customers.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use customer service software to track customer inquiries and follow up with any unresolved issues.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product and service offerings.
- Identify customer needs and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in order to achieve customer success.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep records of customer interactions and refer any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
