Are you a natural problem solver who enjoys developing relationships with customers?We are looking for an experienced Scale Customer Success Specialist at Verizon who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years working in a customer service or customer success role. You should also have experience with a variety of customer service software and a strong understanding of product and service offerings. We are looking for someone who is motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in order to help them get the most out of their Verizon products.
  2. Develop customer relationships by being a reliable resource for customers.
  3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Use customer service software to track customer inquiries and follow up with any unresolved issues.
  5. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product and service offerings.
  6. Identify customer needs and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.
  7. Work both independently and collaboratively in order to achieve customer success.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  9. Keep records of customer interactions and refer any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
