  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and achieve sales goals for our network of retail partners.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with retail partners to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
  4. Provide guidance and support to retail partners to ensure they are effectively representing the Verizon brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance and provide feedback and coaching to retail partners.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure success and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  8. Foster strong relationships with retail partners and act as a liaison between them and the company.
  9. Train and develop retail partner staff on Verizon products, services, and sales techniques.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies.
  11. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and initiatives to effectively communicate them to retail partners.
  14. Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to upper management.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies in the retail partner network.
