- Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and achieve sales goals for our network of retail partners.

- Collaborate with retail partners to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
- Provide guidance and support to retail partners to ensure they are effectively representing the Verizon brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance and provide feedback and coaching to retail partners.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure success and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners and act as a liaison between them and the company.
- Train and develop retail partner staff on Verizon products, services, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Verizon and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and initiatives to effectively communicate them to retail partners.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to upper management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies in the retail partner network.
