  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all current and upcoming Verizon products and services.
  5. Create and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  7. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge of technology to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Verizon Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers In Person, Over The Phone, And Through Email Or Chat.
