As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the Verizon kiosk location.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with product selection.
  3. Promote and sell Verizon products and services to meet sales targets.
  4. Stay up-to-date on Verizon products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized kiosk area.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
  9. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through customer interactions and lead generation.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Sales Associate, You Will Be Required To Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential In Order To Effectively Convey Product Information, Address Customer Concerns, And Close Sales.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is A Key Aspect Of This Role. A Successful Retail Sales Associate Must Be Able To Anticipate And Meet The Needs Of Customers, Handle Complaints Effectively, And Maintain A Positive Attitude At All Times.

  • Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessary, Having A Basic Understanding Of Technology And The Ability To Troubleshoot Common Issues With Devices Can Be A Valuable Asset For A Retail Sales Associate At Verizon. This Will Allow You To Better Assist Customers And Provide A Higher Level Of Service.
