  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Educate customers about Verizon's products and services, including features and benefits.
  3. Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Verizon's products and services, as well as industry trends and updates.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  7. Actively listen to customers' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and technology updates.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  13. Assist with inventory management and store merchandising.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  15. Proactively seek out and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  16. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Verizon Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Knowledge Of Verizon Products And Services: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Verizon's Products And Services, Including Smartphones, Tablets, And Plans. This Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate Information And Recommendations To Customers.
