  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Verizon store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Verizon products and services.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their concerns.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store manager.
  8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
